Journaling Prompts to Help You Express Yourself

If you are new to journaling and you find yourself spending more time staring at a blank page than writing, here are some journaling prompts to help you get writing. You can print this list out, or save it, or print it and cut them up into strips. Fold the strips, put them into a box or a jar, and pull one out every day, week, or month to keep you writing regularly. Even if you’re not new to journaling and you find yourself lost for words, try a few of these prompts to get you back into your creative mode.

This list will continue to get updated whenever I think of more things to add to the list! Check back every now and then!
