My Bujo Journey

In my Spring Announcement post, I mentioned that I am starting a new project called bullet journaling or bujo for short. If you don’t know what a bujo is, you can get a quick rundown of it by reading my Spring Announcement post. (It’s a really short post).

I post all my pictures on Instagram and I’m trying to find a room in my house that has the best lighting, which is proving to be somewhat difficult! If you have Instagram, follow me @quill.them.with.kindness and never miss a new post! You can also follow my blog here and get updates on all new content added to my blog via the sidebar on the right (or menu on cellphones and tablets), or follow me on Facebook to get the same updates!

Onto the fun stuff! I had so much fun setting up my bujo, practicing calligraphy and using brush pens, and drawing/painting. I’m not good at calligraphy or drawing, but it’s so therapeutic! Sure, it takes me twice or three times as long to finish as some other artsy people out there, but that’s not the point. The point is that I set aside time to work on my bujo because it’s my self-care routine, it’s fun, and it’s super relaxing for me. You should really give it a try if you haven’t!

Have a look through the slideshow below! ❤ Stay tuned for more May photos as the month continues!
